Gucci Mane has been arrested again. The trouble-prone Atlanta rapper was arrested on Friday, April 8th, and is being charged with a misdemeanor count of battery.
This time police say he pushed a woman out of a moving car during a dispute.
Gucci Mane was visiting his probation officer when he was arrested by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad for the incident.
As a result of the arrest Gucci could face a longer jail sentence for violating his previous probation, reports CBS Atlanta.
According to the AJC.com, Gucci (born Radric Davis) will also be charged with violation of probation. More details have also emerged about the case.
Gucci is accused of pushing a 36-year-old woman from his vehicle as he drove down Brannen Road in DeKalb. He allegedly picked up the woman, a hair stylist, as she was standing outside South DeKalb Mall on the morning of Jan. 28, according to a police incident report. He asked her to eat breakfast with him, and she agreed, but once inside Gucci’s vehicle, the rapper told her he wanted to take her to a hotel rather than a restaurant, the report says.
He offered the woman $150, but she declined and demanded to be returned to South DeKalb Mall. That’s when he reportedly shoved her out of his vehicle.
An ambulance came and treated the unnamed woman for pain on the left side of her back.
