Controversial music mogul Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond was arrested today in New York City by DEA agents on allegations of heading a cocaine trafficking ring.

According to the NY Post, Rosemond was spotted leaving the W Hotel in lower Manhattan’s Union Square. He tried to out run the agents until he was finally caught on 21st Street and Park Avenue South.

Rosemond, owner of Czar Entertainement, manages The Game, Brandy, Akon and several others. He was accused this past May of being involved in a cocaine distribution ring and has been on the run since. The agents were tipped off by two members of Henchman’s operation.

Hundreds of kilos of cocaine were shipped to New York, sometimes encased in plastic that was covered with mustard to throw off the drug-sniffing dogs. Henchman will be arraigned later today in Brooklyn Federal Court.
