Channel 2 Action News has obtained a surveillance video that shows the June 2010 break-in at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church that preceded the sexual misconduct lawsuit against Bishop Eddie Long.
Burglary charges were dropped against former church security guard Anthony Boyd, who told Channel 2 that the video proved he was not involved.
Boyd and Maurice Robinson were arrested in June 2010 and charged with burglary.
Robinson accepted a deal to enter a pre-trial diversion program in exchange for having the charges dismissed. Boyd chose to fight the charges.
Robinson and three other men later settled a sexual misconduct lawsuit against Long for an undisclosed sum. Boyd was not involved in the lawsuit.
