After hit producer Bangladesh put Lil Wayne on blast last year, it’s no secret that producers and Lil Wayne haven’t always had the best relationship.

However, Weezy can put one lawsuit to bed, as he and beat maker Deezle settled their lawsuit over the hit song “Lollipop.” Deezle (real name Darius Harrison) sued Lil Wayne claiming he produced several songs on The Carter III and was never compensated. The album grossed $70 million in sales and Deezle believed his cut should be $20 million.

Wayne initially denied Deezle’s claims, saying Deezle had no grounds to sue for anything. In a turn of events, Weezy and Deezle have settled for an undisclosed amount of money. Part of the agreement called for both parties to remain quiet about the settlement.

The lawsuit subsequently has been dismissed.
