Frank Ocean is not having a good week after being stopped by police twice in two days.

Yesterday we reported that the critically-acclaimed soul singer had been arrested for allegedly engaging in intimate acts with another man while driving. That report turned out to be false. Ocean was actually stopped for speeding, but now comes word that Ocean was also cited for marijuana possession.

Ocean temporarily lost his driver’s license and faces a marijuana possession charge after police in California say he was pulled over twice in two days for driving more than 90 mph in 65 mph zones. After his second stop on December 31, police noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from Ocean’s vehicle. A subsequent search turned up a small bag of marijuana on Ocean.

Ocean’s male passenger was allowed to drive the vehicle away after the singer’s license was confiscated.
