Rapper Lil Scrappy allegedly refused to retake a urine sample for police and now a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Back in March Scrappy was required to submit a urine test as part of his probation in Georgia. Officials say Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold and police believe it may have been tampered with. Authorities refused to accept the sample and told the “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star to retake the pee test.

Scrappy refused to retake the test, denied the allegations and left the premises. Because of this officials issued a warrant for his arrest because he once again violated his probation by not cooperating.

Scrappy’s lawyer, Mawuli Mel Davis, told TMZ Scrappy plans to appear in court on May 16 to address the issue and said, “It is our hope that the Judge will recall the revocation warrant that is currently pending against Mr. Richardson.”

His lawyer also said, “Since Mr. Richardson’s release from jail, he has been reporting to probation as ordered and doing his best to comply with all conditions of probation.”

According to TMZ Scrappy plans to turn himself in to police next week.

Do you think the judge will side with the rapper or will Scrappy face the consequences of violating his probation?
