A$AP Rocky is facing an assault charge by a female fan who claims he got violent with her at this weekend’s Made in America concert in Philadelphia.
According to reports, the alleged victim filed a criminal complaint with the District Attorney’s Office today, insisting the rapper slapped her in the face while “trying to make his way through a crowd of dancing fans.”

In the legal documents, the young mom said she suffered whiplash from the open-hand slap. In response, the D.A.’s office decided to charge the Harlem MC with misdemeanor simple assault.

This isn’t the first time A$AP has gotten physical with a concert goer. During a show in Sydney, Australia earlier this summer, video footage shows the “F**kin’ Problems” rapper slapping a fan after she tapped him on the head and blew him a kiss.

1. Rihanna
RiRi hit a fan with her microphone during the Birmingham stop of her Diamonds world tour in June. The singer claimed the concert goer grabbed her and refused to let go.
2. Miguel
Miguel accidentally landed on a fan’s face during his performance of “Adorn” at this year’s Billboard Music Awards. “Got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay,” he tweeted after the OMG moment.
3. Gucci Mane
In March, the rapper was arrested and jailed for aggravated assault after hitting a fan in the head with a champagne bottle at a downtown Atlanta nightclub. According to reports, the man asked Gucci for a photo and he got upset and struck him in the head with a bottle.
4. Scottie Pippen
Scottie Pippen is currently being sued for $4 million by a fan who claims the former NBA star physically attacked him at a Malibu restaurant in June. According to reports, 49-year-old Camran Shafighi asked Pippen for an autograph , but instead he was “spit on in the face, shoved and punched so hard he ended up on the ground.”
