Chance The Rapper Hosts Free Concert For Chicago's Youth

Chance The Rapper definitely looks out for his fans.

Hosting the first ever Teens In The Park (T.I.P) Festival in his hometown of Chicago, Chance brought out a very special guest: the one and only Kendrick Lamar. The Compton rapper came out and showed love to the youth in Chi-Town during the free event, which was a celebration of the arts, music, and dance.
