New Falcons Stadium Will Be Called “Mercedes-Benz Stadium”

It’s official, the new Falcons Stadium will be called “Mercedes-Benz Stadium.” The announcement was made Monday Morning (August 24th) by team owner Arthur Blank. Also in attendance, Governor Nathan Deal and Mayor Kasim Reed.

But isn’t the Saint’s Super Dome named “Mecedes-Benz Superdome?” How do you feel about two arch-rivals sharing the same name?
