Almost every kid in America has been excited at least once when pulling up to McDonald’s for those world famous french fries. But what they probably don’t realize is those fries serve an even bigger purpose, as they help to fund the Ronald McDonald House Charities!

The Ronald McDonald House Charity (RMDH) helps families world wide, stay together during times of difficulty, when it comes to children dealing with extended hospital stays and intensive treatment. Most times this comes at little or no cost to the families, who are usually already under financial strife due to expensive medical bills. Volunteers & entertainment is always welcomed to The RMHC to help the residents get their mind off of the everyday stress they are dealing with. This week Hot 107.9’s Reec visited the Ronald McDonald House Atlanta to read his children’s book “ice The Bully” and share laughs. He also distributed gifts and prizes courtesy of Positive American Youth, Inc (www.Payusa.org).
