Torres Keshun Johnson known professionally as Reeko, born September 10, 1995, a hip-hop recording artist from Newnan, Georgia. Torres first became interested with the music game at the age of 11 free styling with his homeboys and fell in love years later as he began to write his own music. Torres received the stage name “Reeko” from a fellow friend’s mom after being seen on the dance floor and she announced him as “Rico Suave” but he rearranged the spelling for it to be unique. Reeko then began focusing on perfecting his craft.
In 2015 Reeko released his first EP “Tryna Tell Ya” that featured two well-known singles in his city “Audemar” and “Circles.” Not even a whole month later Reeko signed with the Independent label RBE Rebellious Ent, LLC. His career then continued to progress from open mics to being booked for shows. His first sold out show was in his hometown at club Yesterdays. He then proceeded to Austin, Texas for SXSW where he performed on multiple platforms such as Complete Culture Radio and Hype Magazine rooftop party, following being interviewed by OVH TV Station.
It wasn’t long before Reeko became known for his single “Audemar” which he has been performing live at the Department Store on Edgewood Ave in Atlanta, Ga. From his dynamics lyrics to his piped up sound, Reeko plans to make an exclusive name for himself in the music industry.
