Gucci Mane’s life and career have been prolific since the early 2000s.

From over 16 years in the rap game, jump-starting the careers of nearly every successful rapper and even R&B singers, social media rants and reviving his life post-prison, Gucci Mane sure has a story to tell.

In a recent social media post, Gucci Mane revealed that he is the author of his upcoming autobiography, which is set to release September 17, 2017.

Gucci Mane previously made mention of the autobiography in several interviews and admitted that writing is what kept him sane in prison.

The Autobiography of Gucci Mane was co-written with Neil Martinez-Belkin and will be published through Simon & Schuster.
