Back in 2006, Janet Jackson walked on stage at the BET Awards with an amazing new look and an amazing new body! After pictures of Janet surfaced the internet showing her extreme weigh gain (that was allegedly for a “movie role”), Janet got back in the gym and changed up her diet…well, guess who got a hold of the sample diet plan? ME!
Here it is, try it out, maybe you’ll have a body by “Ms. Jackson” (if you’re nasty!)
Calories kept UNDER 1500 per day
45 minutes of cardio expected 6 days per week.
5 Healthy Low-Fat Meals per day between 1,150 to 1,450 calories combined with exercise program.
BREAKFAST:
6 scrambled egg whites and 1/3 cup of oatmeal OR 3oz. Chicken sausage
LUNCH:
4 oz. Chicken breast and mixed salad or baked yam and steamed green beans
AFTERNOON SNACK:
3 oz. Grilled shrimp and 1 cup mixed vegetables
OR
Turkey breast and 1 cup of butternut squash.
DINNER:
4 oz. Steak with 15 grilled asparagus spears
OR
4 oz. Grilled salmon with couscous and grilled vegetables.
EXERCISE:
45 minutes of cardio plus sumo squats and backward lunges. Running, Walking and some boxing was also included
MARIA MORE FITNESS TIP:
Keep portions small, and eat regularly, YOU WILL HOLD ON TO BODY FAT IF YOU MISS MEALS!
Sleep is very important: THE LESS SLEEP YOU GET, THE MORE HUNGRY YOU FEEL!!
