DMX is being housed in a mental-health unit at an Arizona State Prison Complex facility. He was sentenced to a year in jail earlier this month after pleading guilty to violating his probation, but at his sentencing, the judge determined that he has "an undiagnosed mental condition."

Hip-Hop star DMX will end 2010 with a year-long prison term, as the rapper's probation was officially revoked in Arizona today (December 16th).

DMX appeared in court this morning (December 9th) at Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona, where he was ordered to remain held without bond, after violating the terms of his probation in November.
