Lil’ Boosie, of “Wipe Me Down” fame, has been indicted in the murder-for-hire of a Baton Rouge man in October 2009.

A grand jury in East Baton Rouge, LA indicted the rapper, born Torrence Hatch, on a count of first-degree murder in the murder of Terry Boyd.

Boosie was also indicted on additional drug charges, along with his girlfriend and a former guard at Dixon Correctional Institute, where Boosie has been serving a four-year sentence on another drug charge since November. The three were allegedly conspiring to bring codeine, marijuana pills, and synthetic marijuana into the prison.

East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore III is also investigating whether or not Boosie was involved in five other murders in the area.
