Taking a handicapped parking spot can cause a woman to go into attack mode, as Usher learned recently in Atlanta.
Usher was at this weekend’s Halloween parade in Little Five Points when a woman apparently took issue with the ATL singer parking in a a handicapped spot.
The woman got close enough to grab Usher’s hoodie, but people around them pulled her away before she could connect a punch. Get more of the drama at TMZ.
