We reported last month that a reputed Russian mobster had been arrested in connection with the 2012 murder of Trill Entertainment rapper Lil Phat. Now comes word that another arrest has been made in connection with the killing. Decensae White, who just finished his senior year at San Francisco State University, was arrested recently and transferred to Georgia where he’s expected to face charges in connection with the murder.
