Youth from all around Georgia gathered today and showed their resilience during this years IronKids Competition. Kids between the ages of 6 – 15 gather by the hundreds to participate in swimming, running and biking.
The 2013 United Healthcare IronKids provided an interactive weekend experience for the entire family that showcased GA’s top youth triathlon talent, and allowed first-time triathletes to experience a positive introduction to multi-sport.
Judging by the sea little smiling faces, laughs, and vibrant energy surrounding the event, these kids showed their commitment to a healthy lifestyle, and also had a great time doing it.
Reec of Hot 107.9FM came by to lend some encouraging words to the young athletes and help keep these “IronKids” motivated!
