This weekend Reec of Hot 107.9 joined Positive American Youth and partners to promote health and fitness to the youth of Hall county. Kids ages 2 to 14, and their families were invited to Activate4Kids “World Wide Day of Play” administered by Positive American Youth and hosted by Reec and his side kick Ice The Bully (PAUSA’s Anti Bullying Mascot). Throughout the day participants took place in activity stations that included Hula Hoops, basketball, jump roping, agility, a 40 foot obstacle course provided by Jumptastic, and an introduction to soccer by Coach Tiffany and her wonderful Soccer World staff! The setting was Spout Springs Elementary school gym in Flowery Branch, home of the Atlanta Falcons training facility.

Enthusiasm and positive vibes were at an all time high as the entire community came out to support the event and Get Fit! Participants left with a new outlook and fresh ideas on staying active as well as an abundance of sport themed gift items and active wear courtesy of Morgan & Morgan Law, and United Healthcare.

This was a wonderful event and great for kids and parents alike.
