As Kim K.‘s baby bump grows, so does her urge to give back.
The 34-year-old superstar, mom to North West and wife to Yeezy, has been in New Orleans showing fans and residents just how generous she can be.
Not only did she leave a $300 tip on a $200 bill after doing lunch at Brennan’s with her BFF Jonathan Cheban, she was there to celebrate a fan’s 21st birthday – gifts and all!

Kim Kardashian is quickly achieving sainthood in the Big Easy by leaving an insane lunch tip Tuesday.
Kim — along with BFFs Jonathan Cheban and a few others — hit up Brennan’s. The bill came to $200, and she left a $300 tip.
The pregnant Mrs. West ordered eggs and french toast. Jonathan ordered turtle soup and although they say they were shocked it was made from real turtles, it didn’t stop them from eating it.
BTW … Brennan’s accommodated cameras for Kim’s reality show. Would she have left $300 without them? Hmmm.
Come on – what’s three hundred bucks to Kim?
As for the birthday girl, a young woman who goes by Myleeza Kardashian, Kim had a few surprises in store.
Keeks gave Myleeza a pair of Kanye‘s Adidas shoes, took pictures with her, and also FaceTimed North during the festivities.

An eyewitness tells ET that Myleeza got another surprise when the two FaceTimed with North West. According to the insider, the reality star was super attentive to the questions and compliments from Myleeza during their hangout. The gals talked about celebrity news and what a devoted fan the birthday girl has been.
