Future isn’t happy with Funkmaster Flex.

On Tuesday night (November 3), the DJ and radio personality reportedly used his show on HOT 97 to outline his belief that New York radio should first support and play local artists before opting to play music from those hailing from outside of the Big Apple, according to HotNewHipHop.

As an artist from Atlanta, Future didn’t take too kindly to Flex’s remarks and quickly weighed in over Twitter. The rapper went on to say that Flex’s comments have motivated him to release Monster 2, a follow-up to last year’s mixtape Monster. Future continues by saying that when he does drop the project, the radio personality will be forced to play his content first because, well, it’s just that good.
