No Indictment In Death Of Tamir Rice

The Ohio grand jury has made a decision in the death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty announced the outcome Monday, stating that the jury has determined there will not be an indictment.
Rice was fatally shot by officer Timothy Loehmann on Nov. 22, 2014 after being dispatched to the scene.
