Following the horrendous water crisis taking place in Flint, Michigan, a predominately black community, Queen Latifah, Jill Scott, and Marin Ireland are set to star in an upcoming film, Flint which will address the time-sensitive issue.
Flint will center around the true story of three women who took a stand against the injustices imposed by government officials for lacking to inform residents about their water being lead contaminated.
The city of Flint is still dealing with these ongoing issues and many influential entertainers have offered a helping hand in financial and spiritual support such as Big Sean, Eminem, Beyonce, and many others.
