In a recent interview with Hovain Hylton on Best Seat In The House, Rick Ross discusses being a successful businessman and almost quitting rap before catching his breakout hit, “Hustlin'”.
Rick Ross also admits to squashing beef with Drake, crediting Rap-A-Lot CEO, J. Prince for arranging the sit-down conversation.
“Me actually sitting down with Drake, shout out to J. Prince. It was really just… We wasn’t even discussing anything negative because by the time we get in the room, it’s so much other things going on that it’s already, ‘Let’s get on some money.’ But I had to just make sure we at sat down and have some sort of understanding. It’s all about trying to touch nine figures.”
So far neither Drake or Meek Mill have announced plans to reconcile their relationship.
