Reports surfaced yesterday claiming that former NFL legend OJ Simpson was caught masturbating in his cell at Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada by a female guard. The DailyMail.com claim states that this type of behavior is, “strictly verboten in federal prisons in the U.S.,” according to a prison source.

However, in a crazy plot twist just as wild as the initial report, TMZ‘s law enforcement sources says this information just cannot be true.

The official statement from Lovelock says, “It is against Nevada Dept. of Corrections policy to release inmate disciplinary history to the public. It is also against policy to release inaccurate information. No official from our department would have released the information in question.”
Just to be clear, apparently there’s no specific rule against masturbating in prision as long as an inmate keeps to himself. We’ll continue to follow this story and keep you updated.
