A bar worker pleaded guilty Tuesday to murdering a Times Square clubber at a birthday bash for rapper Lil’ Kim.

Syed Rahman admitted he smashed Ingrid Rivera, 24, over the head with a steel pole on the roof of the Spotlight Live karaoke club on Aug. 3, 2008.

Rahman, 25, faces 20 years to life in prison when he’s sentenced March 16.

“Nothing will ever bring back her daughter back … [but] this means she doesn’t have to go through the pain of a trial,” said Steven Rothberg, a lawyer for the victim’s mom.

Rahman had claimed he was so drunk he didn’t remember killing the woman but admitted he hit her, prosecutor Anne Schwartz said. Rivera’s throat was also slit.

“He did not want to put the victim’s family through the rigors of a trial – or his own family,” Rahman’s lawyer, Peter Frankel said.

Prosecutors charged that after Rivera was booted from the celebrity-filled club, Rahman snuck her back in through an employee entrance. When she later taunted him, he killed her.
