The Empty Stocking Fund, based here in Atlanta, is providing toys and gifts to more than 50,000 children who otherwise wouldn’t get anything. The Empty Stocking Fund also empowers parents of children living at or below the poverty level by giving them the opportunity to give gifts to their children with dignity at Christmas time.
