UK emcee K. Koke, a recent signee to Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation, was arrested for attempted murder. The 25-year-old rapper’s home was raided last week.

Webbie was arrested in Tennessee during a traffic stop for possession of marijuana.  The arrest comes days after a security guard was shot at a Webbie show in East St. Louis, IL.

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of DJ Megatron.  The 106 & Park personality and former HOT97 DJ was gunned down last month in Staten Island, NY.

Sara Stokes from the MTV reality show “Making Da Band” was allegedly choked and beaten by her husband, Tony. He was later arrested.

Dipset rapper Jim Jones isn’t having much of a “perfect day” today.  Jones was arrested today in New York City for driving on a suspended license.

Former NBA star Jalen Rose was arrested in Michigan earlier this month for DUI after he lost control of his car on an icy road. The incident occurred on March 11th.

Angie Stone was on her way to church when she was arrested on Sunday. The R&B diva (and pioneering female emcee) was busted for speeding on a suspended license.

D’Angelo has entered a plea of guilty to disorderly conduct stemming from his March 2010 arrest in New York City for soliciting a cop who was undercover as a prostitute.

Reggae superstar Buju Banton was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five or more kilos of cocaine, attempted possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, and using the wires to facilitate a drug-trafficking offense. Banton was found not guilty of possession of a firearm.

A jury will begin deliberating today in the cocaine trial of reggae superstar Buju Banton. Banton is accused of conspiring with two men to set up a drug deal in December 2009.

New York City rapper Tru Life has been offered a plea deal in the case of the fatal stabbing of a New York City man outside his apartment building in 2009.

Lawrence Taylor avoided jail time by striking a plea deal in the case of the rape of a 16-year-old prostitute last May. Taylor pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges.
