The fallout from Drake and Chris Brown’s bloody club brawl continues.

San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker is suing New York City Club W.i.P. for $20 million for injuries he sustained during the bottle bashing brawl. Parker claims the club should have never allowed both of Rihanna’s exes in the establishment at the same time. In lawsuit documents filed in New York State Supreme court on Thursday, Parker calls W.i.P.’s security negligent for letting the brawl escalate to the point where bottles were thrown, resulting in several people being injured.

Parker said he was hit by shards of glass in his eye, causing a scratched retina, when Drake’s crew allegedly started throwing bottles. Due to the injuries to Parker’s eye, he hasn’t been able to practice with the French National basketball team, who are prepping for the Olympics in London next month.
