Gucci Mane has been arrested on an assault charge after turning himself in to the Fulton County Jail late Tuesday night (March 26).
He was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon.
As we previously reported, Gucci (born Radric Davis) is accused of hitting a solider over the head with a champagne bottle at Atlanta’s Harlem Nights club. A second man has also come forward in Philadelphia, saying Gucci punched him the face after he tried to shake his hand and say hello.

Gucci will face a magistrate judge at 11 am today.
The ATL rapper has a very long rap sheet so only time will tell if Gucci gets serious jail time.
Gucci performed in Evansville, Indiana over the weekend and has shows booked in Florida and Virginia in the coming weeks. He can also currently be seen in the movie Spring Breakers.
