A teen from Nigeria has a tough decision to make now that he’s been accepted to all of the Ivy League schools in the United States, CNN Money reports.

Harold Ekeh, who currently resides in New York, was accepted to all 13 schools he applied to. Ekeh has plans to be a neurosurgeon and moved to the States with his family at the age of eight. Since then, the 17-year-old has excelled at Elmont Memorial High School on Long Island. And although he struggled with AP History, the student has an impressive 100.5% GPA.

In addition to founding a college mentoring program at his school, he also takes part in the Key Club and Model UN, speaks Spanish and Igbo, plays the drums, and was part of his school’s Homecoming Court. The teen was recently in the 2015 Intel Science Talent Search, and was a semifinalist for his research on how the acid DHA can slow Alzheimer’s.

For his college essay, Ekeh didn’t pull on the heartstrings of scouts, but remained humble as he talked about his journey from Kenya to the States and how he stays positive when faced with new challenges.

His parents were delighted to hear about his acceptance into the 13 universities (including all eight of the Ivy League universities) and expressed how proud they were of the teen and his accomplishments.

“I am just thanking God for what he is doing for my family in the life of my son,” Harold’s mother Roseline, who works in human resources, told CBS News. Ekeh’s father Paul is employed with the traffic division of the New York Police Department. “I am overwhelmed,” the proud dad said, adding, “To say that I am proud is not enough. It is awesome.”

Congrats to Ekeh and his loving family.
