Kris Jenner is finally speaking out about the union that is #BlacRob.
After many rumors surrounding the Kardashian matriarch’s feelings regarding Rob Kardashian‘s relationship with Blac Chyna, Kris is setting the record straight. She told Entertainment Tonight, “I don’t really know much about their relationship. I think they’re definitely friends, and they seem great.”
She added that Rob is in great spirits and comes over everyday to visit North and Saint West, who are living with Kris at the moment. “Rob has been in a really good place for a while… He’s on it right now, and he’s engaged [in life]. I love seeing him happy about what he’s doing,” she said. Check out the full interview above.
Fans of the NBA can incorporate their favorite players into everyday conversations with the new All-Star Game superstar emojis.
The league switched it up this year and debuted custom emojis that correspond to each player on the East and West rosters, activated by users tweeting a hashtag with that player’s first and last name.
Kobe Bryant gets a Black Mamba for his nickname, while Pacers star Paul George gets a PG-13 movie ticket as his emoji. These are going to set social media on fire during #AllStarWeekend.
If you’re a Transformers fan, then you’ll be thrilled about what Paramount has in store for the next couple of years. On Friday, the company announced the dates for three upcoming Transformers sequels.
Transformers 5 will open on June 23, 2017, while Transformers 6 has been dated June 8, 2018, followed by Transformers 7 on June 28, 2019. Director Michael Bay said he would be at the helm of Transformers 5, but it will be his last.
When life hands you lemons, you make music and win Grammy nominations.
That was the formula jazz saxophonist Jimmy Greene used to deal with the grief after his daughter, Ana Marquez Greene, was killed in her classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut. She was 6 years old.
For two years, Greene composed songs, eventually recording an album titled A Beautiful Life to honor Ana. The record has been nominated for two Grammys this year. He revealed that more than 40 musicians and technicians volunteered their time to help him put it together.
“They said, ‘We want to donate — 100 percent donate — the production of a recording at whatever time you feel that you are able to do it. We feel like whatever statement you make musically, in the wake of the horror you have had to suffer, would be really, really powerful and something that the world needs to hear,” Greene said.
Peyton Manning‘s Super Bowl win was one of the most talked about topics all week; but the famous quarterback’s brother Eli stole some of his shine.
Social media had a field day with Eli’s reaction to the Denver Broncos’ Super Bowl 50 win. As the rest of the Manning family cheered, Eli stood in the back in shock and amazement.
“Eli and I have always supported each other. I think Eli is analyzing the game and the end of the game kind of like how I would as if he was playing it. And so he was just as happy,” Peyton explained during The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He added, “It’s funny. When I saw that clip, Jimmy, I’ve seen that look before. I recognized it. In other big moments in my life he’s had that expression.”
Actor B.J. Britt is making moves and is on his way to Lifetime.
The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. alum will play Darius Hill, a pro football player and Everlasting’s first Black bachelor on the Lifetime series UnReal. When asked how he feels about playing the black Bachelor, he told EW, “I just feel pressure! People don’t like to talk about race. Everyone’s like, “Shhh, you can’t say this, you can’t say that.” You know, no one can get in trouble for [casting a black suitor] because he’s a fictional character, but at the same time, we can bring [the issue] out. And so I’m very excited and very stoked to be able to play a character that’s going to speak to a lot of people. It’s going to make you think.”
