While Omarion is on tour in Africa, record label BMG and a producer by the name of Nic Nac filed a lawsuit against the former B2K member and Atlantic records demanding more than $300,000 citing that the song “Post To Be” copies Chris Browns song “Came To Do” ft Akon under BMG Rights Management.

“Post To Be” was Omarion’s biggest single to date debuting at no.1 on the Billboard charts and going platinum – but BMG is saying that they no longer want Omarion to perform the hit single and are going after what they feel belongs to them.
