The most effective way to get through to somebody is to understand their point of view. Just because someone doesn’t agree with you, it doesn’t mean that they wrong. They just have a different point of view. If you apply this to your conversations with your mate, your co-workers or relatives, you will find that you’ll have much better relationships. Next time you have a disagreement, try to put yourself in the other person’s shoes.
