Twitter is still talking about the fights at the “Love & Hip-Hop” reunion taping. After being involved in a scuffle with Consequence and her ex Joe Budden, model/reality star Tahiry Jose went on a New York City radio station to explain her side of the story.
Tahiry called in to the morning show on Hot 97 and spoke to Peter Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds about her participation in the fight. According to her, the first fight Budden and Consequence got into wasn’t really a fight. Consequence reached over Tahiry’s head and smacked Joe Budden in the back of his head. Before Budden could retaliate, security rushed him and moved him away from the situation. Security didn’t grab Tahiry though, which left her open to strike Consequence.
When asked about Consequence’s reaction to her hitting him, she said he sent word over that he understood her motives. Because she defended Joe Budden’s honor, questions arose wondering if the former couple got back together. Tahiry adamantly denied being in a relationship with Joe and she was prodded for information about his current relationship status with girlfriend Kaylin Garcia.
