Gucci Mane has been granted bond and was ordered to be placed on house arrest as a result of his recent arrest on aggravated assault charges.

His bond was $75,000.

As we previously reported, the ATL rapper is accused of hitting a solider over the head with a champagne bottle in March at Atlanta’s Harlem Nights club.

According to the AJC, Gucci must remain on 24-hour curfew at his home and is restricted to leaving his home only for work-related travel, both locally and nationally. He was forced to give up his passport and cannot leave the country, and he must request court permission for any travel.

He must also stay away from the alleged victim and any witnesses and submit to random drug and alcohol testing, and must wear an ankle monitoring device. In addition to the Fulton County charges, Gucci is awaiting a hold from DeKalb County for unrelated misdemeanor charges.

He has been arrested more than a dozen times, including a murder charge in 2005. Those charges were dropped after a court found Gucci acted in self-defense when he shot and killed a man in DeKalb County.
