Gucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, told TMZ the probation violation was the result of the March 25th incident at Atlanta’s Harlem Nights club, when Gucci allegedly struck a soldier in the head with a champagne bottle. The soldier claims he was just trying to take a picture with Gucci when the rapper assaulted him. Gucci was charged with aggravated assault. That case is still pending.
