Last month Independence Day director Roland Emmerich revealed he and Will Smith were finally in talks to film a sequel to their 1996 blockbuster.
According to reports two Independence Day scripts have been written, one with Will Smith and one without Will Smith. Both original co-stars Bill Pullman and Jeff Goldblum are already on board.
