A recent brawl in Henry County broke out in the most unlikely of places: a McDonough day care center.
David Gray claims that employees of the McGarity School of Prep attacked him while he was holding his 1-year-old son. McDonough police dispute that account and said it was Gray who threw the first punch. Gray was arrested following the incident but charges were later dismissed.
The Department of Early Care and Learning has launched an investigation into the incident. Police said surveillance video from inside the baby room shows the owner, Ericka Broadway, another worker and a parent hitting each other in a room full of babies.
Gray wants the state to investigate the day care employees and the facility.
