According to E! Online, the latest episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” found Kim telling younger sister Khloe that she was with child saying,
“I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!”

Fans of the show have watched as Kim publicly fought her battle with infertility, so it was of great relief for them to hear that all of her hard work was finally rewarded.
There is no info yet as to how far along the mommy-to-be is or whether or not North will be expecting a little brother or sister but hey…this is a Kardashian baby! So, we’re sure there will be plenty of info about the new edition to the family splashed across every TV and magazine from here to China and back in the next few months!
Congratulations to the still newly married couple who just celebrated their first full year of marriage.
