BMF (Black Mafia Family) started in Detroit, but it was in Atlanta where Big Meech and his brother turned the drug organization into a national, wholesale cocaine empire. Big Meech had become a fixture in Atlanta’s hip-hop scene, promoting BMF as a record label and showing up in videos for Young Jeezy and Bleu DaVinci. Big Meech, the founder of the Atlanta-based multi-million dollar drug trafficking organization who was ultimately convicted of running a continuing criminal enterprise and sentenced to 30 years, has co-signed Rick Ross’s 'BMF'.
