Welcome Home Boosie

Florida rapper Plies wasted no time in dropping a tribute to the recently freed rapper Lil Boosie. Plies just dropped a song appropriately titled “Welcome Home Boosie.”

As we previously reported, Boosie (Torrence Hatch) was released from a Louisiana State prison last week. The Baton Rouge rapper had been locked up since 2009 on drug charges. In 2012, Lil Boosie stood accused of hiring a hit man to kill a local rapper and after prosecutors paraded close to 30 witnesses on the stand, the jury found Boosie not guilty.
