TMZ reported earlier today that Lil Wayne has been released from a Los Angeles hospital after suffering what appeared to be multiple seizures.
Sources close to the rapper told TMZ, Wayne suffered the seizures Tuesday night after shooting a music video in L.A. and was subsequently taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital. Weezy was released several hours later, early Wednesday morning. We’re told he’s doing much better now.
This is not the first time Weezy has had a seizure. As we previously reported, the YMCMB head suffered two seizures on board separate airplanes last October. Doctors later prescribed seizure medication for Lil Wayne. His rep declined to comment.
